Project Brief Form submissions are transmitted to Geek Engineering by a third-party form-delivery provider and then delivered by email. We do not sell or rent submitted information and do not share it with engineering brokers. Do not submit export-controlled data, credentials, trade secrets, or highly confidential design files through the public form; contact us first to arrange an NDA and an approved transfer method.
2. Information We Collect
We collect information that you explicitly supply when interacting with our digital channels, specifically:
- Contact Information: Name, professional email address, corporate telephone number, and company name.
- Project Brief Parameters: Desired service category, written project description, preferred contact timing, and any attached CAD files, ZIP archives, or text documents.
- Technical Logs: Faint diagnostic server headers used to guarantee the uptime and safety of our digital forms.
3. Security Infrastructure
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the information we receive. Internet forms and email cannot be guaranteed completely secure, so sensitive engineering packages should be exchanged only through a mutually approved method after project qualification.
Access to your physical designs and software scripts is restricted to the specific core senior engineers assigned to your operational pipeline.
